This Privacy Policy applies to the following websites operated by Post Production Services, Inc. DBA The PPS Group ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"):

  • www.scenesavers.com (Legacy A/V Media Archival)
  • www.icehouse.agency (Advertising Agency)
  • www.tagopolis.tv (Asset Customization)

All three sites are owned and operated by the same company under different DBAs. By using any of these websites, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

a) Information You Provide Directly

When you submit a contact form on any of our websites, we may collect:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number
  • Any additional information you voluntarily include in your message

We use this information solely to respond to and follow up on your inquiry.

b) Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our websites, certain information may be collected automatically through the tracking technologies described in Section 2, but only after you provide explicit consent via our cookie consent banner. Before consent is given, no tracking occurs.

2. Tracking Technologies We Use

We currently use the tracking technologies described below. We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove tracking tools at any time without prior notice. Regardless of which tools are active at any given time, no tracking of any kind will occur without your prior consent. a) Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our websites. GA4 collects anonymized behavioral data including pageviews, session duration, and traffic sources. This data is processed by Google LLC. IP anonymization is enabled on all our properties.

b) Dun & Bradstreet Visitor Intelligence (Bombora)

We use D&B Visitor Intelligence, powered by Bombora, to identify the companies and organizations visiting our websites based on IP address routing data. This tool identifies business entities for B2B marketing purposes and does not identify individual persons.

c) Google Ads Conversion Tracking

We periodically run advertising campaigns using Google Ads. When active, conversion tracking pixels may be deployed to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. These are subject to the same consent requirements as our other tracking tools.

d) Meta (Facebook) Ads Conversion Tracking

We periodically run advertising campaigns using Meta Ads. When active, the Meta Pixel may be used to measure ad performance and conversions. These are subject to the same consent requirements as our other tracking tools.

3. Cookies and Consent

We use a consent management system on all three of our websites. No analytics cookies, tracking pixels, or visitor identification tools are activated until you explicitly click "Accept" on our cookie consent banner.

Regarding California's Invasion of Privacy Act (CIPA), Cal. Penal Code § 638.51: our use of tracking technologies that capture IP routing information, including visitor identification tools, is conditioned entirely upon your prior affirmative consent. No such tools are activated without your explicit consent via our cookie banner.

We will respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days as required by law. We may extend this period by an additional 45 days where reasonably necessary, with prior notice.

EU and UK Residents — GDPR / UK GDPR

To the extent applicable under European Union or United Kingdom law, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data. We collect data from EU and UK visitors only on the basis of your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time using the Cookie Settings link in our footer.

6. Data Retention

  • Contact form data: Retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was submitted and for legitimate ongoing business purposes, after which it will be deleted or anonymized.
  • Analytics data: Retained per the default settings of the applicable third-party analytics provider.
  • Visitor Intelligence data: Processed and retained per Dun & Bradstreet's data retention policies. We do not independently store this data.
  • Consent records: Retained for 365 days via browser cookie. No server-side consent log is maintained.

7. Third-Party Links

Our websites may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those websites and encourage you to review their privacy policies independently.

8. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Our websites are not directed to individuals under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 as defined by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). 9. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable measures to protect information submitted through our websites. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of any information.
